Never have I had feline vets who knew so much, shared helpful resources, and provided the upmost care for my cat as they have done! The entire team is friendly, customer-oriented, cat-centered, and at the top of their game!
Dr. Fern was my kitties Vet 25 years ago when we both lived in the Washington, DC area. I had a cat who had a runny nose that ultimately turn out to be cancer, She took care of him and gave me a lot of extra time with a much loved pet. I never even considered taking any of my kitties anywhere else and was always impressed with her knowledge and caring. Dear people, We have just returned home after a wonderful spa week with you in Boulder while our Mom went to Texas. We LOVE all of you -- you are so kind, and you play with us and love on us much more than our Mom can, and we feel warm and safe. And, how about that squirrel channel!!!!! I was pleasantly surprised how much knowledge veterinarian, Dr. Goodrich, shared about our cat and felines in general. The appointment was not rushed, and she answered my many questions. Dr. G shared more information in one visit than I had heard in the previous six visits at other clinics. She is phenomenally well informed on a wide range of cat health concerns.The information was shared in a way that made sense to a non-vet. It is with the trip from Longmont.
After asking them not to clip my cats claws and them agreeing they would not, they did anyway. They also were extremely expensive compared to other amazing vets in the area and they told me it was too difficult to give me an itemized estimate for my cats surgery, which another local very did in a few minutes (this is standard practice anywhere else). We have never had such an incredible vet visit — actually some human healthcare providers could take lessons on what an exceptional environment, care, and team looks like.
