If The owner Tony, John Musili, Flo and the family, and the government sat down and had an intellectual conversation with me now vs 2017 and prior, you would feel uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars, I would. What my daughter experienced under UniqueHab’s care was trauma, neglect, abuse, and exploitation. She is a disabled adult, nearly 30. I’m her legal guardian and live out of state. This was the first time I’d ever lived far from her — and what I discovered was horrifying. A stove fell on her while staff was asleep on the couch in the living room. She crawled out and called me crying. I had to scream through the phone to wake the staff up. She could have died. If I could give them a 0 I would they wanted 3 months of rent that they didn't pay my mom did and on top of that they stole a weighted blanket and a pot and pans set from me wow real mature stealing from clients and there a joke of a company I wouldn't put a rat in there a rat is so much better then them there staffing is a joke there a joke and they steal ssi money from clients so if you want your money safe make sure its going though town ship or a parent or someone you trust

This company is a joke. Workers are the most lazy, incompetent, useless excuses for caregivers. They lie, leave your parent without a caregiver, and literally do nothing while they are there every day of the week for 8 hours a day. They have me buy food to simply let sit in the refrigerator to rot because they are too lazy to cook it or prepare a simple salad for my dad or cut up fruit. My dad is on the wavier program.
