Just picked up two pairs of glasses , I can’t explain how happy I am with my experience. I just want to thank the outstanding staff for the special treatment. Do yourself a favour and check out this location.
Unique Vision Centre is unique for sure. Made appointment for eye test four weeks in advance. Called them in the morning to confirm my appointment at 3pm. I go there at 3pm. Waited for forty minutes! No doctor to be seen because the doctor was with some one else. Looks like they overbooked. Two people show up for appointment at the same time. Doesn't look like a good place. Bad for business.
This is the best optical clinic in Stoney Creek . The staff are so attentive , polite and truly go above and beyond at satisfying their clients and delivering exceptional service . I went today and was truly blown away with phenomenal service at the front counter , my glasses were broke and not repairable and the amazing staff replaced them with a new pair within seconds and I walked out same day with a new frame. Talk about quality service .
Always a pleasure to deal with Patrycja and the staff there. They are very accommodating!
