Ordered Blue Isabella, rug is not high quality, dye lots in coloring go from light to dark. Spoke with customer service, I'm happy with my $125 refund.

Said they delivered the rug but didn't and then claimed we had emailed to "confirm" delivery and they will share this email with Paypal. No-one sends an email to a company say they received something and then sends an email asking where it is? Customer service = FAIL + and treating customer with respect = FAIL +++.
