I received a brand new rug that arrived damaged, with a long unraveled seam. When I contacted customer service, they said I’d have to pay about $200 CAD to return a $350 CAD rug. Their “solution” was a $68 refund or a $78 store credit to keep the defective rug. Terrible experience, I feel completely ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend this company
Ordered Blue Isabella, rug is not high quality, dye lots in coloring go from light to dark. Spoke with customer service, I'm happy with my $125 refund.
Ordered 4 rugs the came in barely will unfold then after 2 months they are starting to fall apart. Not worth the money or time.
