I can’t say anything but good about this place. I initially went at 14.5 weeks for the gender scan. Thought it was a boy but had gotten a blood test done that said girl. I had called unique ultrasound and they did a re scan to confirm we’re in fact having a little girl. Not there fault truthfully getting a scan done that early there’s always a possibility of being incorrect. They did also offer for me to come back at 32 weeks for some 3d photos. I had a terrible experience during my ultrasound appointment. The technician, Kelly, was extremely unfriendly and seemed to be in a bad mood the entire time. I had called beforehand and was told that I could see my baby’s face up to 34 weeks, but when I arrived, they said it should be done no later than 29–30 weeks. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to make the experience better, Kelly was cold and unkind throughout the scan. Kelly was very sweet & welcoming! First time going to this place & loved it, super quick & friendly staff!
Im gonna say 3 stars ! The place is clean the girls are nice but they did get my gender wrong. They told me girl and it ended up being a boy . It has been emotionally draining dealing with it .
I have been a loyal customer always and love this place . Except today I got there at 3:34pm Sunday and the girls there were just closing the door. I was sad not to be seen , even thought they close at 4 pm . They told me they were leaving before the closing time as they didn’t have no clients.
