Danuta is very understanding and empathetic. The clinic is welcoming and Jasmine at reception is friendly and helpful.
I had an assessment over zoom with Nimasha, so happy I went with this place. Seeking an assessment as an adult can be very difficult but I had a great experience with her, she was so lovely to talk to and also kept it real which was so refreshing. Love that she is also autistic and her approach is very neuro-affirming. I can now proudly say I'm an auDHDer and she was a wonderful part of this journey!
Love the help from the staff over the years. I was initially diagnosed by Danuta Bulhak Paterson and then went on to be treated by Emma Stephens. These clinical psychologists were so compassionate, knowledgeable and neuro Affirming. I have loved my journey and growth to date. Emma Stephens is leaving soon to become a mummy. I'm sure many will miss her, myself included. I am now starting with Bree Anna Buck. Looking forward to what we can uncover and nurture more. I feel like I'll continue to be in safe hands. The one star is for Bree Buck specifically, not for the clinic. The Clinic Director and office staff were very kind, warm and compassionate. But my experience with Bree was truly shocking. I was matched with Bree, who was relatively new to the clinic at that time. I was incredibly anxious about my first appointment. Drove the 60min through peak hour traffic and arrived at 9am only to wait 10min and then overhear the receptionist call Bree, asking where she was and that her first client - a new one - had arrived.
