I contacted Unique Travel Service in April 2018 to book a cruise for my Silver Wedding Anniversary in November. I thought this was the fool proof way since I’m not a frequent traveler and this was to be our first cruise. Took an elderly neighbor in Tuesday 3/13, as she wanted to sit and discuss buying a ticket to Hungary. Before I even got her out of the car, I purposely went in and asked if someone had the time to chat with her. One lady said yes, so I brought her in. I guess she was having problems logging in, so asked the lady closest to the door if she wouldn’t mind helping us, to which she only replied with the loudest, rudest huff and puff you could imagine.
