I hired this contractor for a full apartment renovation after being told he had the experience and skilled team to execute high-end work. Unfortunately, the reality did not match what was represented. Work was repeatedly delayed well beyond the contract deadline, and much of the execution was performed by unskilled labor rather than specialists. Update 11.21.25: Well here we go again about 2 weeks after Victor came out to fix shower leak it started up again worse than before I looked and found more gaps. Called Abraham promised he would come take care of all the problems. Again he ghosted so it looks like I will just have to pay a separate contractor to fix all of the problems that they didn't take care of. It's a shame I want to believe him but I think he either is a person that can't help but lie and promise everything. Or is just a really shady business person th... read more
Update 8.7.25: So Abraham finally contacted me and sent one of he’s people over and discovered the problem, and it seems it was not fully sealed (small hole) so Victor fixed it with silicone and seems to have done the job. Victor was great in finding the problem then resealed the screw holes around the glass door they installed. So I’m glad that was done. And finally fixed.
