Update 8.7.25: So Abraham finally contacted me and sent one of he’s people over and discovered the problem, and it seems it was not fully sealed (small hole) so Victor fixed it with silicone and seems to have done the job. Victor was great in finding the problem then resealed the screw holes around the glass door they installed. So I’m glad that was done. And finally fixed. Abraham on the surface is a very good salesman says all the right things, but ultimately make sure before paying off that everything in final punch list is done. He will say he warranty’s his work but once he’s gone he will not come back to finish. It took over a year to get workers to come back and finish and that ultimately was his brother trying to do the right thing. We are so happy with our bathroom Abraham is a class act and with his degree in architecture and design he knew exactly what would work in our small bathroom and it looks perfect his team worked with us every step of the way on every detail.
