Tara was great! Patient with us! So many choices!
Unique Tile does not stand behind their workmanship ship. Kitchen granite was not sealed properly , dark water stains appear if not cleaned up immediately. Was not sealed properly or at all. Complain and they did absolutely nothing. Told me to get the granite sealed myself. No customer service at all after you pay.
They have excellent customer service and have beautiful options in tile, countertop ect. Very nice, creative options I have not seen anywhere else. I would highly recommend their business!
I only gave one star because there is not a negative one available. Worst experience I have had with a company. Arrogant owner didn’t care when I asked if we could find a solution to our problem. Just told me I didn’t pay for a designer! Every turn something wrong or not delivered correctly. Buyer beware! They want your money and have cool stuff but can easily screw up an order and make their own policy to not help you out.
