I recommend this place for eyebrow service. My eyebrows always come out clean and asymmetrical not too thin compared to other places in Visalia.
The quality of their work has deteriorated. They have also become less attentive to customer service. The past two years have been a mix of positive and negative experiences. I've been going here since I was 18 and I still go at 29! Best threading in town in my opinion.
