Disgusting, I feel betrayed and ridiculed. I was charged for services that were not rendered and was asked to pay additional fee for service that was suppose to be resolved. The reviews of 5 stars are fake on here as I was a victim of their cruel and abusive practice.. no one with heart would abuse their power in these unprecedented times.. highly disappointing disgusted and I will be filing a report with the bbb
