Called to make an appointment with time. Show up on-time for the appointment and the lady greets me by saying: "You're the one that called ahead right? Please sit". They then had me and my daughter waiting for 40mins+ on a school night though I had made an appointment. Very unpleasant experience for a first time visit. Never coming here again.

The salon is always sparkling clean, the staff are not just friendly but genuinely kind, and the quality of their work is outstanding every single time.
