I went to this salon 2 days ago to get my nails done for homecoming and the the guy that greets people when they walk in did my nails. I showed him a picture of white chrome nails and they look nothing like the picture, he did a terrible job on them and they were 70$!!? He also cut my cuticle with the drill and it started bleeding everywhere. I will not be going back to Unique Spring nails and I don't recommend this place for anyone else.
Called to make an appointment with time. Show up on-time for the appointment and the lady greets me by saying: "You're the one that called ahead right? Please sit". They then had me and my daughter waiting for 40mins+ on a school night though I had made an appointment. Very unpleasant experience for a first time visit. Never coming here again.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Unique Spring Nails & Spa since 2012, and they’ve never let me down. The salon is always sparkling clean, the staff are not just friendly but genuinely kind, and the quality of their work is outstanding every single time. What makes it even more special is when I bring my daughter along — they treat her like absolute royalty! It’s such a joy to share this experience with her.
