THIS IS THE WORST dental office I have ever visited. I was extremely disappointed with how the Milford location operates. My family and I used to regularly go there—myself, my children, and my husband—but each visit resulted in a terrible experience. The doctors are highly unprofessional, showing no bedside manner whatsoever. They enter the room without introducing themselves and fail to communicate what procedures are being performed or what to expect. I had a great experience with my dental hygienist, Samantha. She was very personable and immediately made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Samantha was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was doing and answer my questions. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and was thorough while still being gentle. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a great dental hygienist!
Great office! Super friendly staff. I’m terrified of the dentist and got a lot of work done recently and they are all super comforting. I got a cleaning done by Sam and she got me to get back to the dentist and take care of my teeth better!
Sam is absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, informative, patient, and kind! I cannot recommend her enough. My top choice for a hygienist.
