I have told to stop calling me and ever day get a call and I have told all my address and have been told not to call and still calls i would not have them install a door bell he'll i had at one home and they told my since needs replace and then I call another company and working great fixed on thing and no problems
This Team was Exceptional !! Above and beyond !! Provided a hot water Heater for my condo .. including plumbing and upgraded electrical work that needed to be done for this unit !! Paul was Exceptional master in his craft answered all my questions Polite Professional.. immaculate work clean organized same for Charlie as well excellent Electrician Master in his craft Polite professional.. I will definitely give this team a 10 star rating !!
I had a completely new system put in a few years ago and now the parts are not working properly! I was told me we have a 10 year warranty for all the parts but now they say they are not covering us for the parts! I don’t mind paying for labor but I pay over 10k to get a complete new system put in and now the company screw us over ! We’ve been without A/c in this crazy hot weather with 3 young kids ! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

I bought a new HVAC system from Unique. It failed 27 days after I bought it. They didn't install the electronic air cleaner that was part of the unit and still haven't in spite of me calling several times. When I called for service they didn't arrive until 5 hours after the appointment window and after that the A/C ran one cycle before failing again. It is now 30 minutes past the end of the next day's appointment window to get this fixed. Buying from this place was a huge mistake.
