Absolutely horrible experience, had new carrier ac system installed in July. Failed inspection 2times with lee county. Since July, technicians have been here about 7 times and problem still not resolved. I don't understand why they can't fix it right. It's a brand new unit . Extremely upset. Next step is to contact a lawyer.

Never available. There equipment sucks. Always breaks down. I do not recommend this company.

My aged Mother bought a $540 (retail) water heater from Lowes. Unique Services bid the whole job for $1950. That's $1400+ in labor to install a basic 6year water heater in a newer home!!! They did the job in less than 2 hours. Do the math. I called Lowes (nicely) to understand the pricing and he hung up on me. Bilking old people who are surviving on social security. Stay away from this place!!!

Used them for a tune up. All he did was check my coolant numbers. No cleaning of anything. Just opened the unit and took pictures and tried to say he would write up what he thinks need to be replaced when the unit is ru perfect. Other companies always sprayed and clean everything. Just a salesman trying to get money out of me. I don’t trust them.

I’m in Naples and recently inquired at Lowe’s for a new/installed 50-gallon water heater, only to be referred to this Ft. Myers company.
