do not rent from this company .live next door to one of their units . have to put with drugs being sold all hours of the night .RCMP has been there 3 times .poor tenants on the second floor immigrants with a young girl had there car window broken by a woman looking for drugs at 4 am in the morning he parked in my driveway for a couple of days ,told them about it no respond they finaly had to move . Also they have a property on weldon st that was set on fire and is now borded up. update as 24 06 16 . of drugs still being sold... read more
Excellent service, Sherry Lynn is very understanding with things like payment plans, and if there is ever an issue, it’s dealt with promptly. Would recommend renting from them
We have been dealing with Sherry-Lynn & Unique Management for the last 6 years. She has been nothing but helpful & understanding whenever we’ve had to contact her, no matter what the situation !! Very easy to get a hold of, fast replies & works quickly to get issues resolved. Best landlord we’ve ever had to deal with for sure :)
