Very unprofessional behavior from these people. My sincere advice to you people to not to work with them. They won't help in critical condition. I was buying a home with them and never had any time to show the house. Believe in eating money without doing much work. I didn't get much help during my closing process.
This is a very bad real estate company they won't help you much in buying a property. Very unprofessional. The manager Marina Bekker is very unprofessional and so as the other colleague. I was buying a house with them and they don't even go through the closing disclosure with me see the items in the closing disclosure. Such a bad experience and devastating experience. Never deal with these people very unprofessional behavior like mafia.
We worked with Ela Moskovich. She helped us during the Covid lockdown times when market was down and it was very difficult to sell anything. As a result we had several offers and Ela was with us every step of the way, guiding and advising, not pushing us to anything even though everything was in a very unknown stage. These people are not much of a help. Very selfish and money minded people. Had a bad experience with these people. Specially with the manager Marina Bekker whose behavior was very bad and ruthless. These people won't help you when you need them most. After you sign the contract these people won't help you and just wait for commission money will come to them. These people love to take the money without doing much help.
The agents of this company does not have any values, very unethical and behavior is very rude. In situations where you require most help these people won't help you. Very unprofessional people.
