I had a negative experience with this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle from a 3rd party, and the seller brought it here for a safety inspection on my behalf, on Monday June 30th. Unique Chrysler gave it a full passing certificate. I then flew out to Ontario on Wednesday, July 2nd, to pick it up from the seller, who lives just 44.4km away from the dealership. I went there for my oil change service very good service provided by Paul. I recommend this location. Will surely visit again 10/10.
Unique Chrysler is a terrible service. They charge you for processing your file, make you wait a long time, and their accountant is completely useless. Even if you have a good credit score, they do 7 to 10 hard inquiries that damage your score. They keep you running around for 10 days and then just say, “I’m sorry.” Think very carefully before you go there — it’s an extremely poor service, and they lie a lot.
Purchased a brz about 2 months ago from these guys and I’m not gonna say it was a super quick and easy experience lol. The car definitely had some things that needed to be handled (quite a lot but Evan my salesman was FANTASTIC. He took care of all of my concerns and issues with the car. He knew his stuff and made the experience that anywhere else would have been a nightmare, a positive experience.
