Long time lover of Unique Pretzels...just opened a brand new bag and something has changed. The texture is not like it used to be, and they now taste like any other brand of pretzel, not “unique” like they used to be. New production method maybe? Disappointing.. Update- after speaking with customer service today she explained that they were having issues with a new oven. Very apologetic and has resolved my issue exceeds my expectations.

The first time I tried these pretzels was from a gift basket I received as a holiday gift. It was the most "unique" gift basket we've ever gotten in the office. It was a huge hit with the staff.
