What a great experience!! We met with Rodney and told him about our wants and he told us about our options for an above ground pool. He also told us what was included with a package and what upgrades were available and why based on products. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to the pool being set up! Picked up a drain valve for my jacuzzi here and f Some oil absorbing balls. They have a cool corner jacuzzi here. Never seen one of these.
So disappointed with the service. First told can buy over the phone . Then told no. Had to involve my management at a cost . Issues immediately and faulty part for a hot tub. That ended up costing $8700 after installation. Not convinced I got a brand new one. Have no warranty. Contacted them three times by email and they ignored me each time. Wanted to get my pool table recovered but as they are not responding they have missed out there.
