From the beginning this place treated me like family. Ahkeem is the most helpful sales associate I have ever had the honor of giving my money to. Prestine blue products that he recommended have been the best my carvin pool is Prestine and so easy to maintain the crystal clear water without any chlorine.
My family came to this location to make a purchase for a hot tub and spent 3 hours with a salesperson. They thought the salesperson did a great job and was very patient with them. They bought a Jacuzzi hot tub and will take 6 weeks to deliver. Will update my review when it comes in and see how the delivery and installation goes. They will have to remove the old hot tub to install the new one.
The team of Rodney, Anthony & Jermaine accomplished the near impossible task of delivering and setting our new swim- spa. These guys are knowledgeable, hard-working, and most of all courteous and respectful of us, our home and our neighbors. It was a challenging task. When we were shopping for a swim-spa we really appreciated that we were provided with the facts and features but there was NOT a pushy sales pitch. We are pleased to have become a part of the "Affordable Family"
Excellent customer service from the point of sale to delivery! The delivery guys Jermaine and Anthony were awesome and so helpful. Definitely the place to purchase a Jacuzzi tub. Highly recommend!
