Great pole studio with the best instructors, heaps of equipment to help warm you up and gain muscles. Contortion classes are amazing everything is done with saftey in mind and everyone is very friendly
All the ladies are friendly, caring and helpful the best to go for fun full body workout xxx
I wish I had of discovered this sport years ago! Unique pole and fitness staff are fun and most importantly supportive of individual needs and goals. Always learning themselves bring new stuff to their students and the community alike. Highly recommended.
After leaving a previous studio because of the rude owner.. i was so at ease when walking in to unique phsique been meet by 3 amazing ladies who not only mad me feel comfortable, but made me feel at ease... they offer a wide variety of classes and i love their flexibilty.. if your after a studio that will look after you give you fitness in a fun environment whilst learning pole moves and tricks.. unique physique is the studio for you...
