Dr. Michael Shechter is one of the most outstanding doctors I have met in 3 years of searching for an answer to my chronic pain. He treated me like an equal, was energetic, kind and compassionate and would not stop searching for answers with me. I will never forget the kindness he showed me when many doctors turned me away because i was a complicated case. Every doctor should strive to be like him.
Staff is great throughout and it’s a very nice office.
Update: Dr Mann called me and apologized about his staff… hopefully he speaks to his staff and their customer service changes but Dr Mann is great ! but i will still remain with my previous statement i’ll go to brooklyn … staff are much more pleasant!
Dr. Mogilevsky and her staff went above and beyond to help me with my frozen shoulder. They were able to not only accommodate my schedule as I was only in New York City for half a day but they were able to get me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed or disregarded. Thank you for providing me relief on a condition that I've been suffering with for months!
Such a great place. The doctors are so caring and the staff is very nice. They take your pain seriously and they want to help you. They are helping me with my sciatica. I highly recommend them.
