I’ve been a patient at Unique Orthodontics for over a year, and unfortunately the biggest issue has been the constant wait times. Nearly every appointment has involved waiting at least an hour before being seen, despite arriving on time. At my most recent appointment on July 1, my appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I checked in around 2:50 PM, wasn’t called back until about 3:25 PM, and then sat in the treatment chair for another 30 minutes before anyone came over. The staff has always been so kind a.d tries their best to accommodate....but because they do medi-cal braces it feels very cash cow flow in there. My sons have been patients there for over a year now and we have never been seen within the same hour as our appointment....we usually leave around hour 2 because of how booked they are!! The primary male orthodontist also has very very poor bedside manner, hes very rude, dismissive and over talks you if your a woman. I love their work and all the people over there are so nice and so friendly. My brother got his braces color change. It was a great experience for him. He loved it.
