I booked specifically with Kara, but when I arrived I was assigned to another technician without being asked if that was okay. During the pedicure, the skin around a couple of my nails was nicked, and it burned when products were applied. I was also surprised that after paying in cash, I was told the salon does not provide receipts. I later texted requesting a receipt but never received a response. Overall, I left disappointed with both the service and the customer experience.
I went here about a couple years ago and I was not that impressed unfortunately. The staff was pleasant enough but the experience was a little strange. The girl that did my pedi put the polish on BEFORE putting on my sandals, so she therefore had to maneuver my sandals so it wouldn't get smudged, and in the process pulled on the strap of my sandals so hard I thought she would break them. Didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.
