Unprofessional attitude today by “Kim”. I’m not a problem customer at all and actually liked how she did the powder dip nails for me. I’ve gone to her for over a year and this last time, even though I made an appointment with her, she made it that she was too busy and had someone else do my nails. It was odd but I was still happy to be helped. But I’ll never go back to this place again because of how I was treated. The customer service is awful. No greeting or smile! We came here with a group and had an appointment a month in advance. They rushed the service, most of the staff were extremely rude. Not to mention the nail painting for a few of the ladies was sloppily put on. We had a small child with us and one of the staff yelled at her and scared her!! It was a horrible experience!! I believe there was one really sweet staff member named Kim, if I am not mistaken. Zhe did a good job and was very personable!

Pedicures are alright but they have the cheapest deal I think called the deluxe pedicure plus gel is an extra $12 which includes a 10 minute massage and this hot wax for your feet and more. It's honestly worth it depending on which nail tech you get but that varies anywhere you go regardless.
