Run from this lady (Francis) she doesn’t pay none of her technicians on time. What a shame!
The nail techs are fantastic!! However, upon arriving at every single appointment, I'm told my appointment will start 10 minutes late but I have to wait up to 45 minutes to start my appointment. It's very frustrating and as great as the nail techs are, I cannot continue to wait 30mins - 45mins for my appointments.
Karla was great! Very meticulous. Place is clean and well run. Highly recommend.
