My wife and I stopped by Unique Nails in Sunnyvale because we were looking for a salon that offered the services she wanted. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got there, the door was closed. A woman came outside to speak with us, and instead of greeting us or asking how she could help, she came across as rude and dismissive.
