First time there, very bad impression. Good things first, I called last minute to get in to remove builder gel and get a natural nail manicure for my daughter, they were able to take us right away. They were very friendly, and busy. Reasons I will not return, although my daughters natural nails were not extremely long, she is in health assisting and needed a trim, she asked for a little off. Acrylics lifted after 4 days have to pay again elsewhere to have them removed. Nails bumpy and uneven. Frustrating
