Customer service is okay but my full and pedicure were a mess! I had to go to another nail salon 2 days later to get my nails done correctly. The nail tech continously apologized because she thought I'd came there. I told her it's ok this didn’t happen here. She apologized for wherever I went.Will not return
I call before I came in to get my toe nail fixed. The gel polish has a bubble. You can literally move the polish. The lady was asking what color instead of giving me the color plate. You was about to fix it until another customer came in. She started helping someone else. Very UNPROFESSIONAL I was in there first. How do gel polish move. My nails and toes ugly anyway
Got my toes done May 5th and 2weeks ago I noticed my toe nail was turning greenish/black like it’s infected. She cut my toe nail too much from the side. I have never been through anything like this before. Never going back.
