I came here today to try out a new spot & there was no wait for a pedicure. It’s my birthday so I wanted to do something nice for myself. Tammy greeted me & I was looking at the table that had a bunch of bottles of polish to choose from. The bottles were in terrible condition. Some had old dirty CVS stickers on them. Average service, the male technician has skills but the female technician has a bad attitude and can get rude.
The nail owner was on the phone (personal call) throughout the time she was doing my nails. I informed her I wanted my nails square and she made them round. She was too busy on the phone to probably even hear me and then accuse me of telling her I wanted them round. She was going to leave them round, so I asked for the nail filer and fixed them myself the best to my ability. I have a wedding tonight and my nails look like c***p. They are short, uneven have bumps and look sloppy. I'm very disappointed.
Tammy is very nice but I will not be returning here. I got a dip manicure and it took about 20m for her to get my old polish off. Any other salon I’ve been to wraps each finger in foil and soaks. I was given a dirty bowl of polish remover and after four rounds of filing on each hand the polish was finally off. I was given about six palettes of colors to choose from — typically there’s baskets full of selection. She was very rough with the filing and made me bleed a few times. My nails are pretty but the glue doesn't hold. One nail came off whole I fixed it when I called Tammy is rude nope done here unless this is addressed if your glue sucks your not charging me twice never again its a shame but it is what it is.
