I made two appointments at 3:15 pm for my daughter and her friend for manicures and pedicures. Neither ran on time, with one starting over 15 minutes after the other so they were separated the entire time at the salon. I mentioned at booking it was two kids, and even told the staff that we had wanted them to travel together, but they didn’t allow that to happen. I will not be going back. Not the experience my daughter and her friend had hoped for.

I’ve consistently had a great experience at this nail salon. The service is excellent, the team is welcoming. Cindy is fantastic she is precise, detail-oriented, and delivers exceptional quality every single time. I am very selective about shaping and she is patient with me.

It was my first time going to this salon and I was really looking forward to it after all the good reviews I saw. I don’t like to bash anyone’s hard work by any means because the lady I had was extremely nice and the place was great but I was unfortunately just really disappointed with my turn out.
