I can't even give this nail salon one star! I usually get my nails done in Grapevine so I was reluctant when I went here. I went in for a gel nail manicure and DID NOT get a manicure. Got my nails filed with a nail file rough as sandpaper, buffed and polished. No cuticle treatment!!! The polish job was AWFUL!!! I was out in 25 minutes when the same treatment at my usual salon is an hour!! RIP OFF!! Stay away!!!
This place at one time was the place to go but over the years their service is going downhill. Very unhappy about having to go all the way to Ft. Worth for decent nails again. A friend had warned me that it was getting worse but I didn't listen. Should have trusted her.
