Infection!!!!! I walked in and there was 1 other customer there so I was a little on edge at the beginning but the people were welcoming and nice. I sat down and Tammy did my pedicure. she was great and made great conversation and did the pedicure alright. when it came to cleaning up around the cuticles/that area she ripped my nail off, like the videos you see of people getting ingrown toenails removed, except I did not have one. On my first visit 2 days ago, I got dip nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and the man that did it was so meticulous. The young man that did the dip on my fingernails decided to skip cutting my cuticles and just apply the dip below my cuticles.. I didn’t realize till he was done and there’s not much to be done after it’s finished.. pretty disappointed.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of the nail technicians, Ethan. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted—a basic almond French—then he cut and shaped my nails differently than the reference. When I asked to change to a solid color, he responded with attitude, placed sample boards on my lap aggressively, and walked away. The session felt awkward and uncomfortable.
