Such a lovely place to get your nails done! Got a pedicure by Cindy, she is the sweetest. Will keep coming back.
On my first visit 2 days ago, I got dip nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and the man that did it was so meticulous. The young man that did the dip on my fingernails decided to skip cutting my cuticles and just apply the dip below my cuticles.. I didn’t realize till he was done and there’s not much to be done after it’s finished.. pretty disappointed.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of the nail technicians, Ethan. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted—a basic almond French—then he cut and shaped my nails differently than the reference. When I asked to change to a solid color, he responded with attitude, placed sample boards on my lap aggressively, and walked away. The session felt awkward and uncomfortable.
