From Joan Young. I was suppose to start receiving Home Health Care Services from Unique. All it took was two phone calls with them searching for clarity on how things would work and who would be providing the care to realize this was not going to work. Unique gave very vague answers. I honestly can say they lied to me. I would highly recommend staying away from them.
Please do not allow this company to provide services for your loved one. The representative was very rude, unprofessional,untrustworthy and lack the follow through needed to support your love ones. Lashonda is more focused on getting payment than the client, she is very dismissive and speaks to you with a harsh tone when you ask her to explain anything.
