I've been using Unique Limousine for business transportation, and they are just amazing. Great service, drivers are wonderful and they are so easy to work with. Recently, we took a family vacation, and Unique provided their services from our home in Camp Hill all the way to the Philly airport. Halfway through the drive, the vehicle had some kind of electrical issue, and the owner, Jim, literally dropped what he was doing at 6:30 in the morning and raced out to us to exchange vehicles. Several trips with them, recently. They're late on the regular. Today, the bus was 80 degrees and it took the better part of 20 minutes to START to get cool. The driver was constantly on and off the gas or break. Furthermore, he kept jerking the wheel. If he's not new then the bus needs some serious maintenance.
I used these folks twice and have been very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff in addition to what they give back to the community
These guys are fantastic. Always on time and courteous. Even when I have forgotten to send them my travel info until 2 days before I need them they always pull through. It's why we use them!!! Can't say enough good things about them.
