I decided to give the a second chance after bad service a few years ago. They did the first feed 46/18 and I had to have them come and respray for weeds, however with our rainy spring they couldn't do till the first week of May. Fast forward to 2 weeks after that "treatment" more weeds. So I called and told them I would not accept any additional billing services till they got this issue fixed. Well, they fixed me all right. I put down seed and straw took out fence so they could go around but still decided to run machine straight through the new seed and straw. Never even offered to fix it

Ive had unique lawn for 3-4 ears and in the begining they did a good job but now my yard looks like crap. i believe they pull the ole bait and switchero last time here they never sprayed for weeds at all. Has anyone ever received a call from unique after comments here?
Man o man. 4 or 5 seasons and looks worse than when I started. Tons of crabgrass, nutsedge, ground ivy and loads of bare spots. Not to mention the plantain
Not very fond of their service. They always call before they come and today, we noticed that they did not do anything for grub control.They did Early Summer Treatment today (7/13/16...NOT 5/17/16) and on the 2016 Schedule Treatment, we would get GRUB CONTROL. After my mother called them, they said they came out on 5/17/16. We have all of our statements when they came and no one called on 5/16/16 to confirm they were coming out and no one did on 5/17/16 as I am always home. Our lawn is looking great! Nice green and without weeds. We have had several companies over the years and this is the first company to call many times to make sure we are happy. I like our service guy and he makes an effort to check in as well. Good customer service in a day when most places only make contact to ask for money. Thumbs up!
