This company is impossible to communicate with when there is a problem. I understand that things are difficult with Covid, but to go 9 or 10 days without a single call back is unacceptable. I finally went to the office and was told the owners were in the field and could not be reached. I paid over $800 for an irrigation inspection, 2 drip leaks (which only one was actually fixed), a main line repair that still does not work, and for about a wheelbarrow worth of dirt to be brought in to level my yard.
