Incredibly rude staff, I asked a simple question and got spoken to in a condescending tone. Was not a nice experience whatsoever.
Took my watch to get the strap replaced. For such an established jeweller they were happy to return it to me with an undersized strap which looks and feels like rubbish. I couldn’t be bothered arguing, just glad to have it back to go elsewhere.
