I had a wonderful experience with the charming male jeweller in store today (Mothers Day). He was super lovely and helpful, serene and professional - it was an enjoyable purchase of an amber ring I had spotted in the window a while back and kept thinking of. I’m so glad it was still there, and I will look forward to future purchases as you have many beautiful things in store 😊

Buyer beware! Misleading sales tactics and no accountability. They sold me a necklace that gave me a rash and when I came into return it they refused and instead tried to upsell me a more expensive necklace. I normally wear 18 karat white gold jewellery. The sales person showed me a 9 karat white gold necklace, telling me they don’t have many 18 karat necklaces in stock. Incredibly rude staff, I asked a simple question and got spoken to in a condescending tone. Was not a nice experience whatsoever.
Took my watch to get the strap replaced. For such an established jeweller they were happy to return it to me with an undersized strap which looks and feels like rubbish. I couldn’t be bothered arguing, just glad to have it back to go elsewhere.
