I ordered something on Wednesday with a promise of it arriving on Friday by paying for expedited shipping. It did not arrive on Friday when I stopped in to pick it up. They did not reimburse my expedited shipping. It arrived on Saturday. I made an extra trip to the mall on a Saturday to retrieve the item. The counter lady did not apologize. I was not pleased. She should not have made the promise or they should have reimbursed my shipping charge. I will not used them again nor will I recommend them.
What a rip-off to get something fixed. I'll pass.
