The ladies who own this store are wonderful members of the community. Not only have they built a thriving business, but they are very civic minded. Just yesterday they donated the table decorations for the Fenton Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon. One of them is a long-time supporter of the drug prevention program at Summit H.S. and the other is an elected city official giving many hours of her time for the betterment of our city.
I recently had a crib quilt monogrammed at the shop and I was beyond pleased. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I absolutely love the way the monogram turned out and I can't wait to visit the shop again. My experience was beyond exceptional, from going through all my options for the monogram to picking up the quilt. This was my first time at 'UniQue Ideas and More' and I will definitely be back.
I Just got 3 items for my sister for her birthday, they turned out beautiful! I had no idea what to do monograming wise and they walked me through it all and had wonderful suggestions. So happy I shopped there and will go back again and again.

Terrible customer service! How can you advertise that you "specialize in custom apparel", and then tell me twice that you're unable to make what I was asking? I was told to go on Pinterest and find a design I liked and email it to the store. I did that. However, that got me nowhere! I still had to go into the store where yet another employee tried to help. She did her best, but this whole experience was so frustrating, it took the fun out of making my shirt! At one point I did get rude, but quickly apologized for my behavior... read more
