Wow! Went in hoping to get a key fob for our daughter as a surprise. Staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Shop is adorable and surprisingly affordable. If you love personalized and unique gifts, this is a "must stop" at shop. I'll be back for sure! Thank you.
I ordered a monogrammed wood letter sign for a secret santa gift for work before Christmas. Unfortunately, it came in much later than they anticipated. It was supposed to be delivered to the store the day I needed it, which was the last day of work for me before winter break. When I explained my dilemma, they had someone pick up the wood letter from where it was ordered from, gift wrap it, and they delivered it to my workplace that morning so that I could give it as a gift for my secret Santa.
