I hired them to put new gutters on my home and garage. Their sales department is very aggressive and prices are high, but they have an excellent warranty. The work was done promptly and appears to be good. Installers were very nice. My gripe is with the payment and financing. The salesman told me one story about billing. I made the mistake of signing up for a sweepstakes and free quote. Right off the rip they said someone had to come into my home to go over the quote, very pushy on coming into my house. After I told them my dog is not people friendly and refused. The salesman came to my house at 7pm and was very adamant on coming in, again I explained my dog WILL bite a stranger and its a No! Over 30 calls in a week. This is rediculous. And it's always a different last 4 digits of the number so I can't block them! They are pure spam!
Leaving two stars because they MIGHT be legitimate and helpful in their services. The low review is for their calls. I left my number with them over 2 years ago for a sweepstakes and they've called more than once asking multiple questions about my home. I said I was happy and don't want any work done. They say "last question" followed by 3 more questions. I feel bad for the pressure they are under but just had to hang up.
After a not so good experience with another company, we went with Unique to convert the shower in our second bathroom. It was a night and day difference. The installers were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and all there is left is a little dust here and there. In basically a day and a half, they completed the conversion and it is gorgeous. I cannot recommend them enough and will be contacting them for any future home improvement needs.
