Worst door handles EVER!!! I have replaced these handles 3 times since I've owned the door in 2012. For the past 3 or 4 years, I ended up just taking it off and opening it with the hole. That has been dangerous but I refuse to spend $70+ dollars AGAIN!!! However, I am selling my house...so now I'm in a rock and a hard place...do I buy a new handle lock set or buy the driver and hope I can get the security door off? I could not purchase directly thru them, however Jackie was very helpful in helping me find the right for for my customer. Very high quality products.
Bought mine from home depot as well. Doors are made to open and close.. tried to adjust this screen door for over an hour. Piece of junk. If you plan to use this door to open and close then do not by from this company. Save yourself a lot of time trying to make this door do something it was not designed to accomplish.
Installed this at my moms house and it’s a great door and I have her friends asking me what door it is and where they can get it. Great screen doors.
