They don’t sound proof very well… if at all in their new build duplex’s. You can hear anything and everything. Get a good home inspector lol
I reached out to install a shower in my home where there was only a bathtub. I received a quick response which was excellent (Sept 2023) and was told to send in my information and some project pictures to be fit in where there is some availability. I did this and unfortunately (5months later) have still not heard anything. I would have appreciated more communication that either my project is not something that they wanted to take on or that they are busy and I would need to continue to wait. We highly recommend using Unique Homes. They completed our renovation in a timely manner and we are very pleased with everything. Especially the way they clean up afterwards! Great communication and very friendly. We will call on them for all our future projects.
