Nothing says "unique" like 4 identical houses, side by side!
They don’t sound proof very well… if at all in their new build duplex’s. You can hear anything and everything. Get a good home inspector lol
I reached out to install a shower in my home where there was only a bathtub. I received a quick response which was excellent (Sept 2023) and was told to send in my information and some project pictures to be fit in where there is some availability. I did this and unfortunately (5months later) have still not heard anything. I would have appreciated more communication that either my project is not something that they wanted to take on or that they are busy and I would need to continue to wait.
