Lorenzo arrived at my home and did a wonderful job. He took pictures of my furnace and showed me everything that was going wrong. He explained what needed to br done on the replacement and gave me three options to choose from. He was very professional and a joy to have look at my furnace! Unique HVAC is an outstanding company. Julio and Andrew did a wonderful job installing our new heater. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly and cleaned up when they were done. Very pleased with their work.

Julio, was great! Got our thermostat fixed on the same visit. Gave us a competitive quote for a new system before he left. Overall are very satisfied. We will call Unique for all our future mechanical needs.

So thrilled they came out. Had a cold snap and, of course the furnace stopped working. JULIO checked everything on the unit and had to replace several parts. Got it fixed. I hope! He even changed the thermostat for us. Fingers crossed nothing else goes out on this unit. Highly recommend them for northern Colorado. Quick response time too.

I just had the best experience with Julio Garza. He came to service my furnace. He was very thorough. He showed me photos of his work and communicated to me all that was done. I Just all around great experience. So good I signed up for the maintenance program. Thank you Julio for the honesty and great work.
