I should’ve called these guys sooner! April at the office got us scheduled fast. Lorenzo, our service tech, was outstanding. Incredibly thorough, very informative, frequently updated us, and was transparent on pricing. He took his time to make sure it was done correctly. I can’t say enough good things about Unique.
I had a problem in the middle of a heat wave and these guys were out the very next day. Lorenzo was courteous and professional, and took the time to explain things to me. Definitely would recommend them. It’s also nice to do business with a long established local small business.
Kevin Susuras did an absolute fantastic job. He showed up, diagnosed the issue and got it resolved in a very timely manner. He even treated the system during the diagnostic to make sure there were no leaks. He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Kevin with Unique heating and air conditioning to anyone!
Unique Heating and Air Conditioning charged me $300 dollars for a $35 quick permit from City and County of Denver. I just needed a bathroom fan installed to comply with City code. They did not apply for the permit before they did the work--supposedly because I did not ask for one. They refused to apply for the permit until ten days after their work was completed, resulting in my small remodel project being ten days behind schedule and taking four weeks instead of two.
