I just had the best experience with Julio Garza. He came to service my furnace. He was very thorough. He showed me photos of his work and communicated to me all that was done. I Just all around great experience. So good I signed up for the maintenance program. Thank you Julio for the honesty and great work.
We had our furnace replaced by Unique in 2022 and have had them out every year for routine maintenance. This year was no different. Lorenzo tuned up our Furnace and AC unit in time for the coming holiday season. He took time with us to show and explain different parts of the furnace and answered all our questions and concerns. We have been using Unique for almost 5 years now and have always been super happy with the friendliness and service we receive.
Lorenzo came out to take a look at my furnace. It needed to be replaced, and he took the time to show me why. The work was clean and professional and most importantly my heat is working again! Lorenzo was awesome, great customer service and educated me on what I may or not need for my furnace. There was no pressure sale here. Love unique I purchased an AC from them 5 months ago, no complaints everything has been great.
