Absolutely terrible. The store is filthy, service is slow, they're very disorganized. I came in to do twists after calling and receiving a time slot. I sat for an additional hour after arriving. I bought some hair and they said it wasn't good for the style and they went to search for the color I wanted in the back. They took over 30 minutes to do so and the color wasn't good. RUN!!!! RUN!!!! RUN!!!!! I am a licensed cosmologist AND THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! 8 braids turned into 8!!!!!!!! Hours and definitely nothing like the picture. The gentleman that braided my hair or should I say scalp is definitely not professional!! And neither is the owner THAT WATCHED next to me, AISSA. Muy mala experiencia fui por un diseño y me hicieron otro muy mal trato de la chica que me atendió, se me puso el cabello blanco de el exceso de cera que me hecho en el cabello y muy feo el peinado, no le puso agua caliente a mis trenzas fue una decepción total fui ahí a perder mi dinero
