My last visit was not good customer service. When I arrived for my appointment I didn’t see anyone so I sat on the couch. The owner and assistant (I think) came from the back and saw me but neither greeted me or asked how can they help me. They just returned to the back of the store. This went on for about 10 minutes when I finally said “hi I’m here for a retwist and style”. Finally the assistant washed my hair and started retwisting my hair.
