The worst flower shop ever! Never go there if you don’t want to ruin your day. The guy working there was extremely rude and provided absolutely terrible customer service. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on your customers! As for the flowers, the roses looked nice, but they had absolutely NO SCENT AT ALL! Literally no rose smell whatsoever — they smelled like artificial flowers. Very disappointing experience.
The best flower shop ever! The flowers are always beautiful and fresh. The owner is such a kind and pleasant person, and he arranged the bouquets exactly the way I wanted. I highly recommend this place to everyone! They have the most gorgeous and biggest peonies. I will definitely be coming back!

Terrible experience at this flower shop in Brighton. The employee was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He completely ruined my birthday mood with his aggressive attitude and poor customer service. I also felt like he was trying to overcharge me, which made the situation even worse and very uncomfortable. Genuinely baffled by how rude the service was here. The woman working there had an attitude from the second we walked up. We handed her a $10 bill that had a small tear, taped and completely usable, and instead of just saying she couldn’t accept it like a normal person, she got visibly irritated and gave us attitude while we were trying to find another bill.
