Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service at this flower shop is below zero. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish, and any attempt to get assistance was met with indifference. I regret spending my money here and will never return. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
Not Acceptable - customer relations, product offering. Purchased plant that progressed from dry looking, to wilting, to dying within forty eight hours. I knew soil was dry, but it was reduced from $35 to $15. I watered it to moisten loamy soil. They had to know plant was shocked and dying, hence price reduction.
