The florist did not make the delivery for 7 days and it was for a funeral. They sent a confirmation stating that it had been delivered but it had not and they did not call or email to inform us of the delay. They promised to make up for the delay but their efforts were insulting. This was an unbelievably disappointing experience and added to the grief and disappointment of the family in mourning.
I got flowers for my anniversary from this place and it looked like they had been picked off someones grave. The roses where to be yellow but instead came looking gray and old in some shade of purple. When we called to find out what happened the women was very short with me and said she didn't have time to talk and hung up the phone. I couldn't in good conscious recommend this place. Doesn't listen to the customers needs nor do they even care about customer service.
