From the very beginning Lashonda sold this experience as if it was supposed to be the a stress free process for the bride she was supposed to help with contacting the vendors, coordinating day of and the rehearsal, & decorating the church and venue for the reception. I want to take a moment to leave an honest and professional review of my experience with Unique Elegance, because unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected or felt I should have received for the amount of money we paid. First, coordination was included in my contract with Lashonda, which was one of the reasons I trusted her to help make our wedding day run smoothly. She's a great decorator but not so much of a day of coordinator. To my knowledge she had access to the venue 4 days prior to the wedding and waited till Friday night to decorate. Then proceeded to tell the bride she wasn't going to be able to coordinate day of which obviously considering that the fee she charged included that, I thought it was very unprofessional she last minute tried to back out on day of coordination.
